Click 'Sign Up' on the Unimate homepage and register with email or social login (Google, Kakao). Choose your role: Student, Agency, University, or Business.

Go to Student Portal > Documents, select the required type, and upload your file. We support PDF, JPG, and PNG formats up to 10MB.

Upload a passport photo and AI will automatically recognize and fill in your name, date of birth, passport number, and more.

If the agency hasn't reviewed it yet, you can delete and re-upload. For reviewed documents, contact your agency.

Yes, we send notifications for document deadlines. Enable notifications in Settings to get reminders at D-30, D-14, D-7.

Go to Student Portal > Application Status to see real-time status (Not Submitted, Under Review, Approved, Rejected).

Yes, register your visa in your profile and we'll send alerts at D-90, D-60, D-30, and D-14 before expiry.

Go to Student Portal > Immigration Forms to prepare documents with AI assistance.

Once you meet requirements (80%+ attendance), your school can issue a certificate through the portal.

Unimate is a PWA (Progressive Web App). Access it via mobile browser and 'Add to Home Screen' for an app-like experience.

Unimate complies with data protection laws. All data is encrypted. Supabase RLS ensures you can only access your own data.
