Click 'Sign Up' on the Unimate homepage and register with email or social login (Google, Kakao). Choose your role: Student, Agency, University, or Business.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login page and a reset link will be sent to your registered email. If you don't receive it, please check your spam folder.

Go to Settings > Account Management and select 'Delete Account'. All data will be permanently deleted after 30 days. We recommend using any remaining UniCoin before deletion.

Each account supports one role. If you need a different role, please create an additional account with a separate email address.

Yes, Unimate supports Korean, English, Vietnamese, Chinese, Myanmar, Mongolian, Japanese, Russian, Indonesian, Spanish, Uzbek, Nepali, Khmer, Thai, Hindi, and Bengali.

Go to Student Portal > Documents, select the required document type, and upload your file. We support PDF, JPG, and PNG formats up to 10MB per file.

Upload a photo of your passport and our AI will automatically recognize and fill in your name, date of birth, passport number, and more. Save over 90% of manual input time.

If the agency hasn't reviewed your document yet, you can delete and re-upload it. For already reviewed documents, please contact your agency to request modifications.

Yes, we send notifications for university-specific document deadlines. Enable email/push notifications in Settings > Notifications to receive reminders at D-30, D-14, and D-7.

Go to Student Portal > Application Status to see real-time status of each document (Not Submitted, Under Review, Approved, Rejected).

Yes, register your visa information in your profile and we'll send email and push notifications at D-90, D-60, D-30, and D-14 before expiry.

Go to Student Portal > Immigration Forms to prepare documents like the Integrated Application, Status Change, and Stay Extension with AI assistance.

Direct booking is not currently supported on Unimate. Please use the Hi Korea website. We provide a booking guide in the Guide section.

D-2 is for regular degree programs (Bachelor's/Master's/PhD) and D-4 is for language training. They differ in stay duration, part-time work conditions, etc. Check our Visa Guide for details.

Apply at your local immigration office within 90 days of arrival. Required: passport, admission letter, enrollment certificate, photo (3.5x4.5cm), and fee. Unimate can help you fill out the forms.

UniCoin is Unimate's reward coin. Earn it through daily check-ins, document submissions, activity participation, and use it for premium platform services.

Daily check-in (10 coins), document submission (50 coins), writing reviews (30 coins), friend referral (100 coins), and more. Check your balance at My Page > UniCoin.

We currently support credit/debit cards and bank transfers. For international payments, Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards are accepted via Stripe.

Full refund within 7 days of payment if the service hasn't been used. Partial use results in a prorated refund. Please contact customer support for refund requests.

International students can work part-time up to 20 hours per week during semesters and unlimited hours during breaks, with a Part-time Work Permit.

Apply for 'Permission for Activities Beyond Status' at the immigration office. Use Unimate > Forms to prepare the application and see required documents.

Go to Student Portal > Part-time Jobs to browse job postings for international students. Filter by location, hourly wage, language, and more.
